The first working group meeting for the development of the hotel and restaurant technician qualification standard was organised in Banja Luka with the framework of the Towards regionally-based occupational standards – TO REGOS project. Meeting took place on 2nd and 3rd of March 2020 and was orgnaised by Dušan Sarajlić of the Agency for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Education APOSO.
The working group started its work referring to the regionally based hotel and restaurant technician occupational standard developed within the TO REGOS project. The first meeting goals were to:
- Present methodology, techniques and development stages of qualification standard
- Introduce the qualification standard template, its elements and content
- Analyse the developed occupational standard and prepare for translating professional competencies into learning outcomes
- Develop the hotel and restaurant technician qualification standard
The meeting was attended by relevant business representatives and education experts of the APOSO.
