Key Institutions for WBL in Kosovo*

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MEST) & Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC) signed Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation between the public and private sector on vocational education and training in Kosovo.

In Kosovo Work-based learning was envisaged by the Law No. 04/L-138 for Vocational Education and Training since 2013, while currently the Administrative Instruction is under the development, which will regulate the work-based learning system by defining the responsibilities and duties of teachers, students, schools and companies.
