The first working group meeting for the development of the hotel and restaurant technician occupational standard within the Towards regionally-based occupational standards – TO REGOS project was organised on 17th of October 2019 in Belgrade. The meeting gathered the representatives from the tourism sector as well the representatives of the Institute for the Improvement of Education, Agency for Qualifications, Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, Ministry of Employment, Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe/ERI SEE Secretariat.
The group of experts worked on identifying groups of jobs within the flowing groups:
- Analyzing, planning, organizing work
- Job preparation
- Operational affairs
- Administrative affairs
- Commercial affairs
- Communications and collaborations
- Quality assurance
- Protecting the environment and safety
The workshop was facilitated by Ms Maja Jukić, an external expert and organised by Ms Maja Todorović of the Institute for the Improvement of Education, a National Contact Point for Education within the TO REGOS project.
