The third meeting of the working group for the development of the hotel and restaurant technician occupational standard (HRTOS) was organised on 16th of October 2019 in “Xheko Imperial Hotel” in Tirana. It was chaired by Ms Ejvis Gishti, director of The National Agency of Vocational Education Training and Qualifications (NAVETQ). The representatives of ATA, hotel and tourism school and NAVETQ were present in the meeting as observers.
The group of experts continued to define the knowledge, skills, attitudes and performance criteria for all functions and relevant tasks. In two working groups, the requirements criteria, general description of the occupation, context and tools and other rubrics of the standard were identified by the experts.
The meeting covered two main topics:
- Identification of knowledge skills and behaviors
- Identification of knowledge skills and attitudes, performance criteria, requirements criteria, general description of the occupation, context and tools and other rubrics of the standard.
The meeting was organised by Ms Diana Xhelili of the NAVETQ, National Contact Point for Education within the TO REGOS project.
