The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, together with partners Austrian Development Cooperation and Swiss Development Cooperation, are organizing the international conference “Work-based Learning: a road to opportunities”, taking place on 12th June 2018 in Belgrade, at Hyatt hotel.
The conference is organized within the project “Reform of Vocational Education and Training in Serbia”, implemented on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. The project started in April 2013, with the aim of supporting the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia to introduce elements of dual training in the formal vocational education and training system.
The aim of the conference “Work-based Learning: a road to opportunities” (the Conference) is to present the course of development and establishment of the work-based learning policy in Serbia and the perspectives of schools and companies, as well as to present and discuss about the different aspects related to the work-based learning policy. Renowned guests from national and international institutions and organisations will speak at the conference. The conference will gather representatives of VET schools, companies, relevant state institutions and other partners.
