The second and third meeting of the working group for the development of the hotel and restaurant technician occupational standard was organised on 26 and 27 of October 2019. The meeting gathered the representatives from the tourism sector as well the representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. The workshop was led and moderated by Mr Agon Jusufi, occupational standard expert.
The purpose of the workshop was as follows:
- Drafting of main tasks and activities of four functions: operation, administrative, commercial and communication/cooperation tasks.
- Drafting of all functions and tasks and activities of the standard “Hotel and Restaurant Technician”
The next and final meetings will be organised in January 2020.
The meeting was organised by Ms Ryve Prekorogja of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, National Contact Point for Education within the TO REGOS project.
