The final meeting of the working group for the development of the hotel and restaurant technician occupational standard was organised on 28 of January 2020 in Podgorica. The meeting gathered the representatives from the tourism sector as well as the representatives of the Center for Vocational Education.
The Working Group worked on the analysis of the content of key jobs and activities within the jobs, the proposed occupational standard at the regional level, and suggested terminological harmonization in the spirit of Montenegrin language and legal regulations in accordance with the national methodology for developing occupational standards. The regional standard has been evaluated as quality and content, it is rooted in the standards of the profession and is fully accepted. The Working Group has integrated the content of the regional standard into national methodology, as set out in a separate report.
The meeting was organised by Ms Sandra Brkanović of the Center for Vocational Education, National Contact Point for Education within the TO REGOS project and led by Mr Dušan Bošković of the Center for Vocational Education..
