ERI SEE Call for Expert(s) for the External Evaluation of the TO REGOS project, 29 April 2021

The Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe (ERI SEE) is announcing a Call for Expert(s) for the External Evaluation of  the project Towards regionally-based occupational standards – TO REGOS . The Evaluation is launched to assess the TO REGOS project outputs in relation to objectives and indicators and to assess their coherence, effectiveness and sustainability.

For task description, expected responsibilities and duties, as well as the eligibility and selection criteria, please consult the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The Call will close on 09 May 2021 at 17:00 CET.

Applicants should submit a technical and financial offer.

The technical offer should present an applicant or a team and describe methods, activities and resources needed for conducting evaluation. It should include the following sections:

  1. Presentation of evaluator(s)
  2. Proposal of methodological approach
  3. Workplan outlining milestones and their deadlines
  4. Evaluator(s) CV(s) that includes the list of implemented projects and bibliography of each team member

A financial offer should refer to outputs and deadline set in ToR.  

Above listed documents must be written in English and submitted by e-mail only.

The Call is open to individual researchers, teams of individual researchers, and legal entities.

Please send your application containing all necessary documents by email to office@erisee.org no later than 09 May 2021 at 17:00 CET. The subject of the e-mail should state: Application for TO REGOS External Evaluation

Applications received after the given deadline as well as those not accompanied by the necessary documents will not be considered.
